MM hunter hoping to join

hey guys.
Dropping an app for Enigma as my new guild.
Want to join a guild that does all inst. including 25 ppls. Current guild is TSL and for a period of time we have had no progess what so ever, the new ppl joining our guild is poorly geared and have no experience.
have raided kara, ZA, grull, eye TK.
Able to raid most evenings on weekdays, however not many weekends, due to girl and my 4 year old boy (upcoming wow fan ).
I am 27 years of age from Denmark and currently studying at Aarhus School of business.
