if u want some free advice here goes.

Scope your weapon
replace those strength and defence gems with AP/Agility for the red and +8 Crit for your yellow

Assault Enchants on your gloves and bracers (both can be done for less than 20g)

Agility on boots and cloak, but to be fair thats a tanking druid cloak your wearing so i suggest u find one with more agil etc

+35 agility or Savagery on your pole arm

Glyph of Ferocity from Cenarion rep for your head enchant
Aldor / scryer items for your shoulder enchants

boots you can replace ASAP from botanica heroic last boss (those boots you have are rogue boots lol)
