I've looked into your application, and in your application you made about two months ago. I noticed that you got quite some nice gear in that time, and you got 15 (grats). Your gear is quite good, although it lacks a bit mp5, and some Elemental parts still have to be replaced, but you'll get plenty of chance and time to fix that.
I'd request you to define the "# to late" for raidtimes you're stated in your previous post, with an accurate time. (aka how long can you continue raiding until you need to get some sleep for the next day).
